These positions are responsible to monitor all communication elements and alarm equipment, to isolate network faults, and produce network performance reports.
Job responsibilities require:
- the ability to understand voice and data networking architectures
- good problem solving skills
- technical aptitude and analytical skills
- ability to work rotating shift for a 24-hour operation
Education with concentration in mathematics, computer science information technology, and/or telecommunications; certifications of Net+ and A+ or higher; work experience in telecommunications or data networking.
Job Training will occur Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for approximately 6-8 weeks.
Then Normal Work Shift Range Commences:
Wednesday - Saturday
9:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
