Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contract Management Coordinator.

In this role, the successful candidate Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Legal and Business Operations, the Contract Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining NYU Langone Healths executed agreements on a system-wide basis, overseeing and maintaining delegations of signatory authority pursuant to NYU Langone Healths Contract Signing Authority Policy, and performing such other tasks related to contract and legal systems management as requested by the General Counsel and Senior Manager. The Contract Management Coordinator will work closely with members of the Office of General Counsel and collaborate with departments across NYU Langone. Under the direction of Senior Manager, the Contract Management Coordinator will assist in the development and maintenance of a contract repository for NYU Langone Health, oversee the process for delegation of contract signing authority and maintain delegations, and take on other tasks as requested.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the contract repository for NYU Langone Health, including but not limited to, managing the system, collecting and uploading contracts and related information, and retrieving contracts.
    • Coordinate the migration of existing contracts into the contract repository.
    • Oversee and implement institutional processes for collecting executed contracts, including working with departments to facilitate compliance.
    • Maintain institutional delegations of signatory authority pursuant to the Contract Signing Authority Policy, including managing the process to ensure delegations are in place and updated.
    • Assist the General Counsel and Senior Manager with tasks related to systems and contract management as may be requested from time to time.
    • Handle internal user support issues and resolutions of all systems which are supported by the Office of General Counsel.
    • Any other responsibilities as reasonably requested.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or relevant years of experience in a contract management position
Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management databases, document management systems, and/or legal office technology
Expertise in data administration and data entry skills
Proficiency in contract life-cycle management workflow applications/systems
Knowledge of standard application mechanisms to support data mapping of bulk imports, language and coding in contract templates, and various legal clause libraries
Detail oriented with keen attention to details and deficiencies
Strong written, oral, social, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to time-manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
Highly responsive and service-oriented
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, analyze, and resolve matters
Possesses strong project management skills including the ability to track, plan, and execute projects
Strong Proficiency in MS Office

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58,931.00 - $98,218.33 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
