What you will do

This position is responsible for providing vision, direct leadership and direction across multiple districts. Assist in developing business strategies, and implementing action plans to meet Market objectives and drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business.

How you will do it

* Revenue Responsibility: Responsible for implementing plans, programs and process designated to meet and exceed respective' Market growth and objectives while maximizing market potential for Planned Service Agreements and Labor & Material.
* Fiscal Responsibility: Assist District TSMs in developing cadence and processes to grow Revenue and expand GM%. Drive implementation of an efficient and effective cadence in District offices to deliver customer satisfaction and financial performance.
* Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for assisting District teams in developing and maintaining processes and cadence to deliver customer satisfaction through effective and timely delivery of inspections and execution of deficiencies and break-fix work. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled on a timely matter, with the goal of increasing the satisfaction of the customer experience.
* Productivity Improvement: Monitor District Service productivity and engage with opportunity Districts to improve productivity. Assist in assessing manpower needs to support delivery of contractual obligations.
* Employee Development: Directly lead and support development of high functioning local teams by working to continuously improve Fire Service operations. Facilitate a network of local and area resources that will provide support and best practices associated with the Fire Service business. Support on-boarding for Market Service Management and Supervisory resources. Identify existing team strengths and weakness and accordingly have a plan to coach and develop each individual team member to reach their potential. Effectively work in a matrix structure by always striving to maintain open communication channels and addressing conflict resolution issues timely and respectfully to all parties involve.
* Safety Compliance: Support Company and Market safety initiatives. Observes the day to day operations to ensure employees are following appropriate safety procedures, and addresses immediately any inconsistencies. Ensures that all corporate polices associated with affirmative action and equal employment opportunities are fully implemented, managed and monitor for compliance.

* Legal Compliance- Abides by Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.

What we look for


* Strong, positive leadership skills. Action oriented

* Strong understanding of P&L components and relationships
* College degree or equivalent work experience of ten (10) years
* Ten (10) years Fire Services industry or Commercial Service equivalent

* Five (5) years of direct management/leadership
* Ability to analyze deficiencies and develop appropriate action plan to address and rectify issues
* Ability to work in a matrix infrastructure, coach, develop teams, address conflict resolution issues and influence change management
* Principals of accounting
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $130K -$200K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
