About Your Opportunity:

Title: Associate Territory Sales Manager (Sales Leadership Development Program)

Reports to: VP, North American Sales

Available Locations: Bothell, WA

Highlights:

  • Partner with team members from global locations - 5 manufacturing locations worldwide.
  • In this 6 month long rotational program, you will spend time at our headquarters in Bothell, WA before being placed in your territory sales position where you will be tasked with developing long-term rental customer relationships and expanding market share

Real World Responsibilities:

During your time with us you will:

  • Rotate through inside sales/customer service, product management, manufacturing operations, & finance
  • Shadow customer visits with tenured sales team members
  • After placement, drive to various rental yard customers and develop relationships to negotiate long-term sales for the full line of Genie products and track in Salesforce (is not a simple collecting orders sales position)
  • Act as a liaison and balance between the needs of the customer and the company

As part of our team we will:

  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career

Must haves:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in sales, business management, marketing or similar field or graduated within last two years
  • Willingness to train in Bothell, WA for 6 months
  • Travel up to 75%
  • Are adaptable, innovative, a team player, and proactive

Nice to haves:

  • Open to relocation within the US
  • Previous sales experience
  • Data analytics or pricing experience
  • Past experience building relationships through collaboration, listening, and time-management
  • Exhibit strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy
  • Familiarity with KPIs / Salesforce

The compensation range for this position is $94,400 - $141,600 annually (based on Seattle market range, final compensation will be based on where the position is located).
