Job Details

Job Summary:

Conducts and coordinates the trainings with employees on policies (Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions), Computer based trainings, and On-the-Job (OJT), training for production areas. Primary host for New Hire Orientation and compliance onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead site wide training program to ensure compliance.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of production area SOPs and Work Instructions.

  • Leads, participates, and contributes to meetings with employees, Supervisor, Manager.

  • Maintains training records and inputs completed training data into the training tracking system.

  • Prepares training status reports for supervisor.

  • Will advise on the training requirements of each production staff position/function.

  • Participates in the planning and implementation of training program on site.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Comply with all ISO 14001 requirements.

  • Comply with internal environmental management system requirements, as applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ experience leading and implementing training programs

  • 1+ year of experience interpreting and following Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Public speaking abilities or presentation experience.

  • Customer Service experience (internal or external).

  • Experience working in computer systems (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of creating training or development programs.

  • Experience working in Agile and Workday.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Candidate Skills:

  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Self-starter who works well independently

  • Energetic and outgoing personality
