Network Operations Specialist
Join the area’s leading broadband internet provider! An exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated, technical, and customer-centric candidate to join our network operations center.
We are looking for an individual that is eager to learn and contribute. As a member of the operations team, you will assist SRT customers with service-related issues, be responsible for the monitoring and support of SRT network infrastructure and provide a single point of contact to meet customer expectations on a 24x7x365 basis.
Job responsibilities require:
Job training will occur Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. for approximately 6-8 weeks. Once training is complete, you will then work your normal shift.
Work shift will be most likely overnights.

- Ability to understand voice and data networking architectures
- Good problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Ability to work rotating shift for a 24-hour operation
- Education with concentration in mathematics, computer science information technology, telecommunications or similar
- Certifications of Net+ and A+ or higher
- Work experience in telecommunications or data networking
