The AAS Product Efficiency Center of Excellence is seeking aninternto help build out a best-in-class product team. As a **Product Analyst Graduate Intern,** youwill be responsible for: **Primary responsibilities include supporting:** - Document existing workflows and processes for product management work across various product teams. - Assist in the creation of strategically focused product templates. Document associated product guidance. - Conduct user and market research for tools, processes, and product management best practices. - Conducting product team maturity assessments via interviews. - Advise on the creation of success metrics and best practices for tracking them. - Deliver training on product management tools/best practices to onboarding product managers. **Functions OR examples of projects for this role:** - Build out the demo product in our road mapping tools and supporting documentation. - Create a tactical guide for product managers to use in specific scenarios (examples might include: prioritization, user interviews, feature launches). - Work 1:1 with a product team to build competency. **Qualifications** - Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or relevant B.S degree - Interest in gaining managing projects (or products) of varying sizes is preferred - Previous experience with/knowledge of Agile methodologiesis a plus - Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship - Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements - Strongwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Experience with Aha!, Confluence, or Jira is a plus. *Anthem, Inc. has been named as a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, is ranked as one of the 2020 Worlds Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine, and a 2020 Americas Best Employers for Diversity by Forbes.
