Building Operations Maintenance Worker
Minot, ND
Job Description
Performs building maintenance duties at the company's office and equipment buildings.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in maintaining climate control systems, alarm systems and other heating and air conditioning units
Experience performing preventative maintenance on HVAC Units
Knowledge and experience troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical systems
Experience performing building repairs, painting, plumbing and light carpentry
Valid North Dakota driver’s license
Basic knowledge of using a computer
