Job Description
Provides professional customer service, sales, and technical assistance to current and new customers, performs administrative duties and cashiering. Also responsible to create service orders using the company billing system.
Preferred qualifications:
-ability to learn, analyze and recommend telecommunications products and services
-strong customer service skills and sales experience
-professional oral and written communications skills
-computer and software skills
